We have a fully accessible room with accessible bathroom available on the ground floor, adjacent to the lobby. In addition, we provide clear access pathways, entrances and elevators and lifts to access the amenity spaces of the property, including the lobby, hallways, second floor library and roof deck bar and dining space. We also have an accessible parking space located just adjacent to the lobby and accessible room. We charge the first night's rate plus tax upon making the reservation. We charge the remainder of the room night's rates plus tax four days ahead of check in.
Cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made no later than 3 pm PST, 1 week (7 days) prior to the arrival date. Any cancellations or modifications within 1 week of the arrival date or no-shows will be charged the entire reserved stay (room + tax). To modify a reservation, please email or call. All cancellations are subject to a $25 transaction fee per room. Cancellations are considered confirmed cancellations upon receipt of a cancellation email. Modifications are considered modified on receipt of a revised confirmation email. If you do not receive the aforementioned emails, please call or email us. Group bookings of 4 or more rooms are subject to an alternative group cancellation policy. Bookings of 7 nights or more are subject to an alternative extended stay cancellation policy. The Surfrider Hotel is following all protocols given by the Los Angeles County Public Health Department and per the Social Distancing Protocol (SDP) requirements. I acknowledge I am coming to stay at the Surfrider Hotel at my own risk and waive all liability to the Surfrider Hotel and its affiliates. In line with LA County Department of Health regulations, I agree that I will not enter Surfrider Hotel if I have tested positive to COVID-19 within 14 days of my travels (and until a negative test is received), am showing symptoms of COVID-19 or have been directly exposed to someone with COVID-19. I understand Surfrider Hotel’s cancellation policy, terms and conditions, and that I am making this booking at my own risk, understanding that should I be unable to stay based on the above, I will still be charged per the cancellation policy.
Self-Parking for one car is offered at $20.00 per night.
A valid ID and credit card are required for booking.
Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room.
There is a strict no partying or after hours loud noise and music in rooms policy at the Surfrider. If violated a minimum $1,000 fine may be applied and you may be asked to leave.
Commercial photography, production shoots and filming are not allowed on the property without prior written consent and an additional fee. Permits may also be required.
